Luzheng International Futures Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Luzheng Internation Futures”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Luzheng Futures Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Luzheng Futures”) established in Hong Kong. Luzheng Futures Company Limited is a futures corporation approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission registered in Shandong Administration for Industry and Commerce, funded by Zhongtai Securities Company Limited by regrouping from three futures company named ‘Quanxin’, ‘Qilu’ and ‘Sanlong’. Luzheng Futures is the largest futures company in Shandong with CNY1 Billion registered capital, nearly 500 employees. It has 4 branches in China, 24 sales department which 10 of them are located in Shandong, and 14 others located in other major cities of China.

The company scope of business includes brokerage of commodity and financial futures, futures investment consultancy, asset management, and continues to carry out various innovative businesses such as OTC and other derivatives. Luzheng Futures is the member of Shanghai Futures Exchange, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange and general clearing members of China Financial Futures Exchange. The company are also a director unit of the second to forth board of directors of China Futures Association and the president unit of Shandong Futures Association. The company received high valued by local government with awarded by different units, including ‘financial Innovation Award’ by Shandong Provincial People’s Government; ‘Contribution from Financial Area to Development of Real Economy Award’ by People’s Government of Jinan; ‘AAA Local Financial Entity of Shandong” by Shandong Province Finance Bureau, etc.

Luzheng International Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Luzheng International Holdings”) is a Hong Kong subsidiary wholly owned by Luzheng Futures Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 01461.HK). Luzheng International Holdings has a wholly-owned subsidiary, Luzheng International Futures Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Luzheng International Futures”, CE No. BNU946). Luzheng International Futures mainly focused on overseas futures contract trading and brokerage services.

Luzheng International Futures will provide trading and brokerage services for futures and related derivatives of major global commodities and financial futures products of Hong Kong Futures Exchange (HKFE), London Metal Exchange (LME), CME Group (including CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX), Singapore Exchange (SGX), Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), Euronext, etc., to our clients.

Luzheng International Futures will select and apply to become a trading and clearing member of some world’s major futures exchanges depends on the business development and needs, to provide comprehensive transaction clearing services, robust market access services and sound risk management solutions to our customers.

Accountant


Functions:

  • Prepare financial statement, budget forecasting, reconciliation statements;
  • Prepare monthly FRR return, and handle client money segregation;
  • Full Set Account;
  • Handle daily accounting and online banking functions
  • AML Risk and Compliance
  • Prepare financial reports to management;
  • Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations and other accounting schedules;
  • Co-ordinate with settlement department and counterparties;
  • Liaise with auditor and assist in handling audit progress;
  • Handle any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirement:

  • At least 2 years relevant experience in Securities firms
  • Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
  • Sound knowledge in SFC / HKEX rules and regulations
  • Solid experience in securities, futures accounting, FRR
  • Able to work under pressure and solve problems independently
  • Good command of written & spoken Chinese and English
  • Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing

Dealer / Senior Dealer (Futures)


Responsibilities:

  • Execute Global and Local futures orders for institutional and retail clients
  • Support daily client enquirers, monitor clients’ transaction, and other trading service related duties.
  • Undertake risk monitoring and handle margin calls
  • Support in ad hoc projects such as system testing, product launching, Market rehearsal, UAT testing etc
  • Shift rotation is needed (Night shift allowance is provided)

Requirement:

  • Degree Holder
  • Shift rotation is needed
  • Familiar with Esunny and Bloomberg is preferred
  • More than 3 years relevant experience in dealing is preferred
  • Licensed SFC Representative in Type 2 regulated activities
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, & Mandarin
  • Independent, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
  • More / Less experience will be considered as Senior Dealer
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
